Dallin's parents came and helped us with our chicken coop! We now have the roof on. We only need to shingle it.
I am so excited because it looks so much cuter with the roof on. We should be getting our chickens in a couple days! Yeah, we are so excited. I knew it was a good sign when a human being can be on top of it and it does not crumble into a million pieces.
We sure love you Grandma and Grandpa! Thank you!

Awesome! Scott put ours together last spring. We only have one chicken left, so we are excited to get some new chicks this weekend. We got six chicks last year; 4 ended up as roosters, which *ahem* went to live in the country. (at least that's what we told Chase.) Two remained and were great hens. However, poor "Doofus", our litty banty hen flew the yard a month ago and we lost her. Sad day. Just Roadie is left. :)
