Dallin's Photo

There was a meteor shower not too long ago. Dallin went out to photograph that and the milky way. This is what he captured. The shooting star is on the left hand side. Glad he got it in there. Almost didn't! Beautiful Milky Way!

Cute Kiddos

So, Claire got this poster that says "Antiquities Act 1906-2006 One Hundred Years of Preservation" and on top of the poster she tacked up a picture of Grandma Connie and Grandpa Dale. I thought it was kind of funny.
This is a picture of our little neighbor friend Avelina. She is holding Mae. Avelina and her family moved in next door at the beginning of the summer. My kids have loved having her next door.

 My funny Claire.

Mae's Blessing Day

Our sweet baby Mae was blessed on July 19, 2015 by her daddy. She looked so pretty in her blessing dress. Grandma Connie prepared the whole lunch afterwards. Thank you Grandma Connie! We had sandwiches, salads, and yummy desserts. We had it at the park. It was a beautiful day!
Grandma Connie, Grandpa Dale, Diana and Shane and some of their family, Grandma and Grandpa Judy, and Jared and Melonie and their family were in attendance.

Kate is 5!

My cute and funny girl Kate turned 5 this summer! She got Big Hero 6,
a purple unicorn with a saddle and bridle, and
 a vet barbie
She wanted to have a party at the bowling alley just like her sister.
She wanted a unicorn cake. She also got the fun flower candle like Claire had that spins and plays music. She wanted a strawberry shortcake birthday cake also.

Since Kate loves unicorns I made everyone these unicorn headbands. We also gave everyone play doh. One in every color of the rainbow. On the top of the jar we glued a unicorn. Kate has been so fun to have in our family. We are glad everyday that she is part of our family. She has learned to balance on the balance bike, she did pedal a little bit on the training wheel bike, she learned to crawl up the bunk bed ladder and put her face in the water. She loved soccer and turned out to be a great little player. We love you Kate!
